1. Introduction
Vault777 ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use vault777.com, app.vault777.com, and related Vault777 services.
Vault777 is a non-custodial, blockchain-based platform for on-chain gaming and prediction markets. Some activity happens on public blockchains, which means certain transaction data is public and cannot be deleted or changed by Vault777.
2. Information We Collect
Account and sign-in information: if you sign in with Google or another provider, we may receive your email address, basic profile information, profile image, provider account identifier, and authentication status so you can access Vault777.
Wallet information: when you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address, connected network, smart wallet address, and balance information needed to provide gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, and support.
Blockchain data: transactions, transaction hashes, wager amounts, game outcomes, prediction market positions, and public wallet activity may be visible on Arbitrum or other supported networks.
Technical data: we may process IP address, approximate region, device type, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, diagnostics, cookie or local storage identifiers, and security events.
Communications: if you contact us, join our community, or opt in to updates, we process the contact details and message content you provide.
3. Google and Sign-In Provider Data
Vault777 uses Google and other sign-in providers only to authenticate users, maintain account access, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. We only request and use the limited account data needed for sign-in and account identification.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or government identity documents through this website.
We do not collect bank account or credit card information directly through Vault777. Any third-party payment, wallet, or funding provider is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not knowingly collect information from children or anyone under 18, or under the legal age to use gaming-related services in their jurisdiction.
